go above and beyond what you expect for accomodations on your vacation. What do you expect from a quality beachfront resort? Basically just nice decor, comfortable bedding, and a view of the ocean.

1,100 sq. ft. spread out over two floors! Downstairs is the living area, with a full kitchen, a bathroom, and a living room and dining room. The living-dining area is easily bigger than most hotel rooms, and the downstairs by itself is as big as many condos or suites. But you also get to enjoy the upstairs, with two bedrooms and a full bathroom. Oh, and did we mention the view? In our villas, you don\'t just get a window, and not even just a balcony. The entire wall that faces the ocean is solid window, the full width of the living room and the full two stories high.

The resort also has a very unique atmosphere. Because of our small size (only 28 villas) and our location in New Mazatlan on the Cerritos Beach. There are no crowds, no bothersome vendors, no noise at night (except the surf!). And we also have tropical gardens throughout the resort that no other resort in Mazatlan can match.
